Luis Pham is the founder and builder of GetBirthChart and the creator and maintainer of gbc-astro, the open-source Python calculation engine used by GetBirthChart. He oversees the product, chart-calculation workflow, methodology, and editorial review process. His focus is on making astrology tools clear about what is calculated, what is interpreted, and where uncertainty matters.
The gbc-astro engine is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0-only and published as inspectable Python software (opens GitHub in a new tab) so the calculation layer can be reviewed independently of interpretive content.
Luis is also the founder of RingBooker, a separate software company.

Calculated chart facts come from GetBirthChart's astrology engine. Interpretive copy is a reflective framework, not a scientific prediction of events.
Uncertain inputs are not silently invented. When birth time is unknown, the rising sign, houses and angles are omitted rather than guessed. Technology may assist in organizing interpretive text; engine facts stay separate from that interpretation.
