1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GetBirthChart, including its website, calculators, accounts, developer API, software integrations, and related services (together, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

GetBirthChart is an online birth-chart calculator and interpretation tool. Depending on the features you use, the Service may include:

• natal chart and related astrology calculators
• compatibility and synastry tools
• chart interpretations and AI-assisted questions about a calculated chart
• downloadable reports where offered
• account and saved-chart features
• a developer API, SDKs, and other integrations that call GetBirthChart

Chart calculation is performed by a dedicated calculation engine. Open-source calculation software published by GetBirthChart remains available under its own licenses; see Methodology and Developers. Using hosted GetBirthChart services, including the API, is governed by these Terms.

3. Astrology and informational use

Astrology-related content and interpretations are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. GetBirthChart presents astrology as a reflective framework, not as a science or a prediction of what must happen.

The Service is not professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You should not rely on GetBirthChart for high-stakes decisions.

4. Accounts

You do not need an account to use basic birth-chart or compatibility calculators. Some features, including saved libraries and developer API keys, require sign-in.

If you create or use an account, you are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials and connected authentication provider secure. Notify us if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

We may suspend or restrict account access to address abuse, security risk, fraud, or other violations of these Terms. You may delete your account from Account settings when signed in. See the Privacy Policy for how deletion is handled.

5. Birth data and user inputs

You may submit information such as birth date, birth time, whether exact birth time is known, and birth place so that GetBirthChart can calculate a chart or related result.

You may also submit questions, relationship data, and other inputs needed for a requested feature. Provide only information you are reasonably permitted to use.

How GetBirthChart collects, stores, and uses this information is described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms do not repeat that policy.

6. Developer API and API keys

GetBirthChart provides developer access through a versioned API and related tools described on Developers. API keys are credentials. Keep them confidential and do not publish them in public repositories, client-side code, or other places where they can be copied.

API use is subject to applicable quotas, rate limits, and technical limits. Do not attempt to bypass those limits, share keys to evade them, or use the API to disrupt the Service.

We may revoke, rotate, or refuse API keys for abuse, security risk, non-payment where applicable, or other violations of these Terms. Integrations that call GetBirthChart remain subject to these Terms.

7. Third-party integrations

You may use GetBirthChart with third-party software, including SDKs, MCP clients, WordPress, and other applications. Those products have their own terms and privacy practices. GetBirthChart does not control them and is not responsible for third-party software outside its control.

References to third-party platforms are descriptive. They are not endorsements by those platforms or their operators.

8. External service use

GetBirthChart operates the hosted service used by the website, API, and compatible integrations. When a third-party integration uses the GetBirthChart API, information required for the requested calculation may be transmitted to GetBirthChart for processing.

API access may require a GetBirthChart account and API key. Usage limits belong to the hosted GetBirthChart service. They are not artificial restrictions placed in third-party plugin or client code.

Processing of transmitted information is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Paid services, billing, and purchases

Some features are paid, such as full readings, downloadable reports, and additional AI-question packs. Current offerings and prices are shown on Pricing and at checkout. Paid catalog items currently offered are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions.

Prices displayed at purchase are the prices you are asked to pay, and taxes may apply where required. Payment card information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored directly by GetBirthChart unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Refund eligibility, where applicable, is determined by the purchase terms shown at checkout and applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion does not automatically create a refund.

10. Usage and service limits

Plans, accounts, and API keys may have usage limits. Quotas and rate limits may vary by feature or account and may change as the Service evolves.

GetBirthChart may enforce reasonable technical limits to protect the Service. Attempts to evade quotas, rate limiting, or access controls are prohibited.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• access accounts, data, or systems without authorization
• share credentials in order to abuse the Service
• bypass rate limits, quotas, or other technical controls
• conduct automated attacks or distribute malware
• disrupt or overload the Service
• reverse engineer protected hosted components except as permitted by law
• violate applicable law

These restrictions are not intended to prohibit good-faith security research that does not harm users or the Service. Open-source components remain governed by their licenses.

12. Intellectual property

GetBirthChart, its website, branding, and original content are owned by RINGBOOKER LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that material.

Open-source code published by GetBirthChart, including the calculation engine and SDKs, remains governed by the applicable open-source licenses. Third-party software and data, including ephemeris sources, remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

You retain rights in information you submit. GetBirthChart does not claim ownership of your birth data.

13. User content and inputs

You grant GetBirthChart a limited right to use submitted information solely as needed to process your requests, operate and secure the Service, fulfill purchases, and comply with law, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not claim broader rights in your inputs than are needed to provide the Service.

14. Availability and changes

The Service may change, be updated, interrupted, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any particular API version, feature, or integration will remain available indefinitely.

15. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. GetBirthChart does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GetBirthChart and RINGBOOKER LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

17. Indemnity

If your misuse of the Service, including API or integration use that violates these Terms, causes a third-party claim against GetBirthChart, you agree to be responsible for that claim to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Suspension and termination

GetBirthChart may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, security risks, fraud, abuse, or non-payment where applicable.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have an account, you may delete it from Account settings. Related data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

19. Operator

GetBirthChart is operated by RINGBOOKER LLC in the State of Wyoming, United States.

These Terms do not currently designate an exclusive governing law or venue. Mandatory consumer-protection or other rules in your place of residence may still apply.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when we do. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice where appropriate. The current effective date is August 30, 2026.

Continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
