Editorial Policy

GetBirthChart publishes a calculation tool and reference content with a clear boundary between deterministic chart facts, editorial explanation and symbolic interpretation.

Editorial standards overseen by Luis PhamMethodology

Purpose

This policy explains how GetBirthChart produces, reviews and updates public pages. It is intended to make the source of a claim visible: calculated facts come from the chart engine, while explanations and interpretation are editorial content.

Astrology interpretation is presented as symbolic and reflective. It is not a scientific diagnosis or a scientifically validated prediction system, and it is not medical, legal or financial advice.

Types of information

Calculated facts are values returned by the deterministic calculation pipeline, including planetary positions, signs, houses, angles and aspects when the required birth data is available.

Editorial and reference content explains calculation rules, data sources and astrology terminology. It does not turn an unavailable value into an assertion.

Astrological interpretation describes possible patterns in the supplied chart. AI-assisted interpretation synthesises structured chart evidence; it does not calculate astronomy or add missing placements.

Authorship and review

Public reference standards are overseen by Luis Pham, founder and builder of GetBirthChart. The public author profile describes his role without adding credentials that are not documented.

Pages may be product-published or AI-assisted. We do not label generated prose as personally written by a named person. The Methodology page documents how calculation and interpretation are separated.

Programmatic content

Some reference pages use a shared rendering system and structured canonical data. Reuse of a layout does not make every page a separate claim about a user's chart. Each indexable page must have a distinct search intent, a clear answer and relevant supporting links.

A placement page is a reference for one placement, not a complete reading. A calculated chart remains the source for a person's actual placements, houses and aspects.

Sources and transparency

The Data Sources, Calculation Reference and Calculation Validation pages describe the inputs, rules and tests behind chart output.

The AI Interpretation Methodology page explains what the model receives and what it is not allowed to do. Report material factual or calculation errors through the Corrections Policy process.
